I shopped around before deciding as this damage repair was not going to be covered by my home owners insurance. Big Monkey was quick to respond to my request, they communicated very well and showed up on time. The work performed included demo of the water damaged wall, removal of brick, framing, main support beams, dry way, and electrical. Big Monkey had the right people on site quickly and moved the entire process from start to finish in 5 work days. This was NOT a small repair but they handled it. I would definitely recommend Big Monkey for your repair.

Overall we were satisfied with the experience. We had our master bathroom entirely renovated back in 2023 and the project went well despite us being on vacation and not being able to see daily progress as it was being done.

We did have one issue where the floor tile was not aligned as we had discussed before the work began but Jared took credit for this and gave us a fair discount to make up for it. For all of the parts and preparation that went into the renovation, I am happy that everything else turned out flawlessly and that communication from start to finish was prompt and helpful.

Now in 2025 I had to call Jared again as some of the shower grout had cracked and eroded away. He responded to my email in a little over an hour and was out here the very next day to take a look and make sure that we were still satisfied two years after the project. I have to commend him for this and am very happy to see that he and his team continue to make their customers' satisfaction their top priority!

Big Monkey repaired two exterior doors. One door the frame was too tight and the other frame was too wide. Both doors were fixed and painted like brand new. This was our fourth Big Monkey project and have been very satisfied with each one.
